I’m doing Keto to loose weight and it’s working. I don’t eat carbs. I have a calendrer white board on my fridge where I mark each day I don’t drink alcohol and in every daily box of the month I write down my new weight. I weigh myself every morning. I’ve used these methods before and they worked. Last march I was 30 pounds lighter and was 240lbs total. Now I am 260 and going strong. I hope I make my ideal weight of less than 220 pounds.
